In the process of creating the site, I have had help from:

• Mike Sandells

  When I began working on this site, my knowledge of HTML was basically nil. Mike has patiently addressed and remedied this ignorance along the way.

  Mike has also strongly influenced my opinions about site design and layout. That's at least partly because we think in similar ways, so an argument that convinces him is likely to convince me, too. This has the side effect of making me feel, sometimes, that I end up being a copycat. That's not deliberately the case; rather, when making decisions, I look at the alternatives through the same kind of logical lens as Mike, and therefore often reach the same conclusions.

  The site is even currently being hosted in his web space. So basically, the existence and setup of this site owes quite a lot to Mike.

  The graphic on the site entry page was also created by Mike, using Studio24 on his RISC PC.

• Bill Madison: Bill is a coworker recently hired by H&A for nefarious purposes, including web design. He has also patiently answered HTML questions, and was even kind enough to let me steal his HTML Pocket Reference on more than one occasion, until I bought my own copy.
   
• HTML Pocket Reference (Jennifer Niederst; an O'Reilly book): My written source for learning HTML has been this incredibly tiny, concise book.
